In the past 20 years, Peter Klamka, as an investor, executive, advisor, board member, and principal has participated in over 100 public and private equity and debt transactions, ranging from angel investments to Nasdaq listings.
Peter’s personal investments have included stakes in a sports entertainment company acquired by WWE (NYSE: TKO), several independent films and unscripted television shows, a hospitality company that owned and operated nightclubs and restaurants in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Most recently, Peter has invested in four AI startups.
His transaction history encompasses companies such as Netflix, Viacom, Hewlett Packard, NASCAR, MGM Grand, Resorts World, Sahara Hotels, Graduate Hotels, Mastercard, Visa, Motorola, AT&T, NBA, Nike, and the UFC.
Known for facilitating productive and usually not obvious relationships, Klamka often collaborates with entrepreneurs, celebrities, athletes, and artists.
He is an avid supporter of the University of Michigan, advising student-athletes on revenue opportunities. Additionally, he is actively involved with Catholic education initiatives in Los Angeles and Detroit.
